About Me

Engineering-minded designer. Design-minded engineer.

I'm Aya Novak, a full stack developer and product designer working with startups and design-led teams to turn early ideas into interfaces people actually enjoy using — then build the systems that keep them fast and reliable at scale.

My process blends structured engineering discipline with a designer's obsession over detail: type scales, motion timing, load performance, and edge cases all get the same attention as the pixels up front. I've led product teams at two Series-B startups and now work with select clients as an independent consultant.
